Q. What Methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay and PayPal.
Q: Where's my package?
A: With every purchase a tracking number is sent via email and/or sms when it is shipped. Please be sure to check your spam mailbox if you do not see it in your primary mailbox. Also keep in mind each item on the website has an estimate shipping time to inform when you could be getting your order.

Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in USA, Canada, and China! So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing, we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-30 days or more to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking) :)
Q. Why is my order detail showing “PAYMENT ERROR”?
A. If you cancelled the payment process anytime during the checkout process, the incomplete order will be temporarily labeled “Payment Error”. Do not worry, simply click “Check Out” on the order detail page again, and you will be able to pay for your items and complete the order.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. Please be sure to view the disclaimer on shipping times on each product to get an estimate.
Q. I have received certain items, but not all items from my order?
A. Please keep in mind that some products will have longer shipping times based on where they are being manufactured in, the processing time, and also new processes enforced for COVID-19 safety. Don't let this worry you because you are still getting your order :)
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-7 business days.

A. We are located in United States, Colorado :)
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
Q. What if I need to return something?
A. No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process. Also take a look at our Return Policy to make sure you're still eligible.

Q. Are you a large company?
A. We are a small business that started with a hope and a dream in 2020. Though shipping can take sometime, we make sure to process your orders has quickly as possible and give you fast reasonable responses to your questions.
Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. We understand you already get enough emails so, we do not bombard your mailbox with constant advertising! We understand it can get annoying.
Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?
A. If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, etc.), we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement. Please review our Return Policy for more details.
