Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you are eligible for a item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. If necessary you will be requested to send the product back, after exchange of photos. Refund will be issued as store credit only.
Please contact us before returning the item. We will provide return address if applicable. The shipping address on our packages ARE NOT the return address.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If fraudulent activity is suspected we will cancel the order and notify the you with the contact information provided.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind or do not like your product after 24 hours of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Most refunds will be applied as store credit. Only on special circumstances, such as cancellation within 24 hours of purchase will your payment be refunded back to your account.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This can be within 7 business days, however it also depends on your banking or credit card company policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will go over options for either a refund or replacement.
Size exchanges will resort in customer paying for shipping charges if applicable. Please be sure to pay attention to all sizing charts or contact us for question determining the right size.
The processing time for the exchanged item(s) will be between 3-7 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an in-store gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost as store credit upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
